According to Srividya Kannan, Founder & Director, Avaali Solutions, “Given that most teams are very distributed due to remote work, we’re still debating whether we should do something online but it is probably going to be a bit muted.”
Kannan said since there is anyway a lot of ‘online’ fatigue as most of the team members are spending significant online time to execute their work, Avaali will probably not make attempts for online celebrations but instead reward them with time away from their electronic gadgets.
