In her five year stint at SAP India, Srividya managed various roles including heading their Business Operations, SAP India User Group, Partner build organization and their competitive intelligence team. Prior to SAP, she was with Oracle in their Alliances & Channels team. She spent over seven years between Wipro Finance and Wipro Infotech where she managed various roles including heading their Business Finance for Enterprise Products, Sales for Banking & Finance vertical, was a key member of their Innovation team and managed the Western Region for Wipro Finance.
Srividya has done Masters in Business Administration from Mumbai University and ICWA post her Graduation in Commerce.
Jay J Keller is a veteran in the IT industry with over 30 years of experience. As a Swiss/American citizen, he worked for some of the world’s finest companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Sony Corporation. Jay has also a vast experience working in the US, Europe and Asia. Currently Jay is the Global Vice President & CIO of Our Daily Bread Ministries in Grand Rapids. Jay worked in Sri Lanka for an apparel company called MAS Holdings and oversaw the IT Division. He was also an advisor to MAS’ IT companies throughout the World. As a vivid speaker, he addressed the Sri Lankan C-Level business leaders on various topics related to IT and Business challenges of the time.
He holds degrees in Business Economics, in Business Engineering, in Computer Science and is also a Certified Scrum Master.
Jay was the regional Director of INDUS (Indian Subcontinent SAP User Group) for Sri Lanka and was on the board of AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce). He was also a member of the SAP CIO Council of ASUG (American SAP User Group) and of the Executive Advisory Council for Sustainability of SAP AG.
Pratima is an experienced banker with three decades in Corporate, International, Investment & Retail Banking . She has worked in India, USA and South Africa. Pratima held the position of Chief General Manager and Country Head of US Operations of State Bank of India, New York , Member of the Board of SBI California and CEO of the South African operations of the Bank based at Johannesburg. At SBI Capital Markets, she led the Corporate Advisory, M&A & Project Appraisal business. At SBI, she also headed the Diamond Financing business of the Bank.
On leaving the public sector, she joined private sector in the infrastructure and Oil & Gas space as Group President Finance at Punj Lloyd Group having diversified operations in more than 15 countries. She later was CEO and Whole Time Director of India Infoline Finance Ltd, a Non-Banking Finance company.
She is currently an Independent Director on the Boards of Havells India Ltd, Suzlon, Nandan Denims Ltd, Cura Healthcare Pvt. Ltd and is an advisor to India Infoline Finance Ltd.
In Bangalore, she is on the Management Committee of Bangalore Chambers of Industry and Commerce and a member of their sub Committees on Banking & Finance. She is in the Executive Committee of Bangalore International Centre, a initiative of TERI, set up on the lines of India International Centre. She is also associated with activities of CII . When she was in USA , she was actively involved with the activities of US-India Business Council & Asia Society and was an elected member of the executive committee of the Institute of International Bankers, USA .

Subramani is the Founding Director of Sage Ventures, Singapore and where he currently serves as a business advisor and management consultant for start-ups and early-stage growth companies across multiple industries and geographies. He is also engaged directly with a few other start-ups and early-stage companies in US and Asia serving in different roles as Advisor, Director and Board member helping them to successfully launch and grow new businesses and build customer franchises. Prior to his current position, Subramani was Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank and served as the Global Head of Insurance-Wealth Management Group.
