Addressing the challenges of rapid SAP data growth and meeting Statutory Compliance

Tata AutoComp was keen to address continual challenge to efficiently store, retrieve, and manage massive amounts of data as a result of business growth over the past number of years and expects to have substantial data growth in the upcoming years as well.

TATA AutoComp has invested in core applications like SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise applications to standardize their business processes. TATA AutoComp has implemented OpenText VIM (including OpenText ICC and OpenText ADA) to automate their vendor invoice processing in SAP S/4 HANA with OpenText Archive Center as the storage system. Now TATA AutoComp wishes to leverage OpenText ADA for additional standard document archiving scenarios. Currently document archiving scenario is not in place & TATA AutoComp business team is not attaching any attachments to SAP business document.

Tata AutoComp chose to partner with Avaali for the implementation of OpenText ADA solution for archiving SAP documents. The implementation team from Avaali conducted detailed workshops with key stakeholders from Tata AutoComp to understand the current system and business processes, their pain points, requirements, and created a roadmap for implementation, transition and change management.

OpenText™ Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions
