HCCB’s Leaner and Future-Ready Enterprise Data Landscape

As part of its SAP RISE migration initiative, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) aimed to create a leaner and more scalable enterprise data environment. Rapid database growth, rising volumes of unstructured and technical data, and the need for stronger governance created operational and migration challenges.
Avaali enabled HCCB to optimize its SAP landscape through enterprise-scale archival and Information Lifecycle Management initiatives, helping improve system efficiency, governance, and long-term scalability while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) is one of India’s leading FMCG companies and a key bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company. With a large operational footprint and thousands of employees across the country, HCCB focuses on delivering beverage products at scale while continuously modernizing its enterprise operations and digital infrastructure.
Avaali delivered a comprehensive Information Lifecycle Management and archival transformation program for HCCB to support its SAP RISE readiness goals. The engagement included archival of technical and functional data, migration of unstructured content, health checks of archived data, and migration of historical archives to OpenText Core Archive.
The project successfully archived 19 archive objects and migrated nearly 5 TB of historical archived data while maintaining seamless accessibility for business users. Avaali also enhanced archive retrieval capabilities through custom reports and smart forms, enabling improved governance, faster access to archived information, and greater operational efficiency.
