In keeping with the theme of cost reduction and productivity improvements, the cover story for this edition focuses on tips for success with RPA initiatives. Several organizations are considering RPA favorably, however, are uncertain about how and under what circumstances does this investment provide the desired benefits. The cover story will examine this topic in more detail.
This edition also features a very insightful interview with Chris Gunning, Global Functional Owner – CoE (Accounts and Commercial) at Apollo Tyres, Netherlands. Chris provides interesting perspectives on how shared services of the future will look like amongst other shared service perspectives.
