Future of Robotic Process Automation
Automation is no longer an alien term, almost all have seen some shape or form of automation affect our lives in the course of the past two decades of the new millennium. And now as we stand at the cusp of a new wave of the automation process, it is incumbent for everyone in the automation ecosystem to take a step back and underline what it would take to make automation truly ubiquitous and transformational for the next decade and beyond.
This is important because in some cases, embracing automation hasn’t really delivered the results desired. And it is time to reflect and plug the gaps that have caused success to slip through. Or in some cases, while there has been an initial success, the eventual impact has been less than satisfactory.
So, what does it take to ensure the future of robotic process automation is better embraced, more impactful and delivers greater transformation for everyone in the value chain.
