Welcome to the January Edition of Illuminar.
Business processes and enterprise operations are becoming smarter. From humans interacting with data, we’re seeing a phase now where machines increasingly interact with and consume data to run processes. This edition focuses on Intelligent Automation (IA). Organizations are in various stages of planning and executing their IA initiatives. The traditional approach would be to identify a technology and implement it. However, with RPA and IA, that approach may no longer apply. With convergence of technologies such as RPA, Chatbot, IOT and Content Management, the process is solving enterprise challenges and it is not any single technology.
This edition focuses on Intelligent automation, and how enterprises can best drive change in their organizations to leverage this effectively. This edition also carries an interesting interview with Mr. Sanjeev Rastogi, Head GDC and Finance Operations APAC at Syngenta.
