This solution automates the Sales Order creation in SAP via ECM. This is a custom process that has been developed in the xECM system that captures all critical data to create a Sales Order against a particular Customer PO using custom web-based forms, which are integrated with SAP ERP to fetch the relevant data. The form is filled and submitted, the process undergoes approval prior to the automatic creation of SO in SAP.

Current Situation

Manual and tedious data entry: Sales order creation has a lot of complex fields that need to be filled and is a tedious task for the respective team.

Lack of Accuracy: Manual process and people dependency, which in turn means lack of accuracy, and this further gives rise to increased cost and poor services, – all these factors make it difficult for organizations to maintain, the SO creation process manually.
