Good Practices on RPA Success & Scaling

Robotic Process Automation can transform enterprises by streamlining, reducing redundancy, and improving communications across functions like Finance & Accounting, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Human Resources among others.

According to a recent global survey:

  • Three times as many organizations worldwide are deploying automation at scale now, compared to only two years ago.
  • 57% of organizations are investing in intelligent automation to build resilience post-COVID, as opposed to 21% investing in analytics/big data, 7% in machine learning, and 15% in other emerging technologies.

For many organizations, RPA has not been successful in achieving the level of cost reduction, efficiency, and quality that was expected. A big reason enterprises are struggling with RPA is because they haven’t established an RPA Centre of Excellence (CoE) and, instead, have created islands of automation, setting themselves up for failure.
