We’re happy to present the November edition of Illuminar.
We’ve all heard the maxim ‘Cash is King’. Even the most profitable enterprises will eventually face significant challenges in running a sustainable business, if receivables are draining cash or if order management processes are not executed efficiently. This edition focuses on the topic of how Order to Cash processes could be optimized with automation, with specific reference to the various opportunities available therein for automation.
This edition also features an interesting whitepaper from The Economist titled ‘Hopes, Fears and Reality’ sponsored by UIPath. Amongst various findings in this report, one interesting finding is that over a third of the leaders increased revenue as a result of automation. There is a larger share of leaders who say that automation has led to enhanced customer experience.
