AIIM Education on Enterprise Content Management

ECM includes “the strategies, methods and tools used to capture, manage, store, preserve, and deliver content and documents related to Organisational processes. ECM tools and strategies allow the management of an Organisation’s unstructured information, wherever that information exists”.

AIIM’s Deep Dive training courses concentrate on providing you a detailed understanding of various information management technologies; how to use them to improve business outcomes; how to develop, use and apply their tools and techniques; and how to plan for their integration into business processes.
The course is focused on learning best practices and technologies for managing content across the enterprise and will assist individuals with:

  • Identifying ways to better capture, analyse, engage, automate, and govern enterprise content
